Bobcat Pics

Fall 2007 local trapper Mr. Jordan accidentally captured a 16 pound female bobcat. NYS DEC brought the cat to CRCS and it was anaesthetized and collared. The bobcat was released behind the CRCS Wildlife research center. The cat was tracked for over a week and then lost. It has moved out of our five mile tracking radius. Efforts by eagle biologists to retreave the signal have failed. Therefore this cat has taken a hike.
